The Impact FundBy donating your change when you round up your payment, you can help impact your community. Rounding your bill up to the next full dollar will help provide funding to create programs for Senior Citizens, STEM/STEAM Education and K-12.

Funding will also help those that are struggling with a utility bill or for emergency response to catastrophes like tornados and COVID 19.

The Impact Fund is a round-up program much like what many retailers and electric utilities offer, but this fund is designated to impact just the communities that we serve. We felt these communities are under-served by other efforts. The Impact Fund gives our customers an opportunity to support our community through rounding up of their water or sewer bill. On average, participating in the program will only be $5.50 to $6.50 each year. All of the funds generated from this program go straight back into the community. The program will be administered by the Cleveland Bradley Community Foundation. The Community Foundation will partner with The Caring Place and use their deep roots of working with the most vulnerable in the community.

Where does my change go?

The Impact Fund will allocate 10% of the funds raised to help customers who are experiencing economic hardships and are unable to pay for their utilities, 5% will go to an emergency response fund that will assist those impacted by natural disasters such as tornados or other emergencies such as a pandemic. The remaining 85% will go to fund grants for programs that focus on senior citizens, STEM/STEAM education, and K-12 education.

How do I request assistance?
